Product Description
ADM doctor blade is prepared with German high-quality steels by Swedish high-precision technology, and continuously improved for meeting various customer demands and effectively avoiding the problems of tone, stayguy, bleed, stripe and chromium layer abrasion, suitable for medium and high-speed printers at home and abroad.
Applicable Field: Gravure packaging and printing, gravure printing and publishing, flexography, flexo UV offset print and polishing, printing of decorative material, composite, gold stamping, electric aluminum, printing, thermal transfer, and coating and printing for ground paper, wallpaper, stained paper, wood grain and leather.
Characteristic:
1. Extremely long service life, and wear resistance better 3-5 times than a common scraping blade. As the constant contact surface can be processed for ADM scraping blade through the high-precision technology, it can be operated only by the smallest pressure, thereby effectively guaranteeing the service life of the scraping blade and the reduction of abrasion to a cylinder, and better scraping effect.
2. With good elasticity, ADM scraping blade can be suitable for severe bounce of rugged electric engraving plate under a high speed, not affecting the scraping effect of the next pattern.
